Restaurant Signature Dishes
We used this piece in particular for the Local Wild Fish Fillet: served with fennel, seafood, chorizo and a delicious bouillabaisse sauce.

White Fish Ceviche: prepared with ‘leche de tigre’, caramelised blood orange, salicornia and lavash cracker.
Meagre: served with cauliflower puree, leeks, lardo di colonnata and caviar beurre blanc.
